The Street Thug: Joseph Grimes
Joe Grimes is a callous criminal from the darkened streets
of London. A liar, thief, and murderer,
he is a predator, seizing by force what he wants from the world. As a streetwise thug, Grimes is a shrewd
opportunist, taking advantage of anything and anyone that can line his pockets
with coin. A source of concern among his
earnest, working-class family, he takes advantage of that caring by blatantly
leeching from his more prosperous kinfolk.
Driven by an insatiable greed, he strikes the proverbial deal with the
devil and partners with a vampire named Caleb.
Promises of great fortune have thrust Grimes into the terrible world of
the occult, and he finds himself at the center of a dark primordial scheme, involving
a kidnapping that has now drawn the attention of Scotland Yard.
